If your child has brought home a unique access code, you can order any prints you want without a subscription.
Common questions
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Your subscription rolls over automatically each term. You only sign up once.
I have a new child starting school — how do I add them?
Email support@happydaysphoto.co.uk and we will add them to your existing account. There is no need to sign up again.
When can I sign up?
Sign-ups are open roughly the 3rd – 20th of January, April and September. You cannot subscribe outside these dates.
My child came home with an access code — what do I do with it?
You can log on at hdschoolphoto.com with your code to download your portrait and sibling photos.
Can I download my class photos?
No, we do not offer digital downloads for class group photos. Digital downloads are only available for portraits and sibling photos.
