These terms cover the Happy Days parents monthly subscription. Please read before signing up.

One print per photo

Your subscription entitles you to one print per photo. Any extra prints selected will be invoiced at our standard prices (£8.90 per print). This is not for unlimited prints.

We (Happy Days Creative Ltd) promise to aim to provide you (the parent/guardian/carer/school) with the very best possible photos on every occasion.

  1. £4.00 per month will entitle you to a minimum of 3 digital downloads of portrait photos PER CHILD and 3 printed photos for portraits per visit. It also includes one printed class group photograph per year. These will be delivered back to school no more than 3 weeks after the school photo day.
  2. If you are in anyway unhappy with your photos please email support@happydaysphoto.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your photos.
  3. We cannot offer refunds on downloaded digital images.
  4. If a Direct Debit is cancelled before the end of the school year, this will mean that ANY children registered under this account are no longer eligible to register for Happy Days Subscription service for 13 months from the date of cancellation. School photos will still be taken of all children and ordering through our site of www.hdschoolphoto.com will be available at our current prices.
  5. If your child is not in school on photo day for any reason then we will refund payments for that school term. Please email support@happydaysphoto.co.uk if this situation arises.
  6. Whilst we will always do all we can to get the perfect photos of your child or children, sometimes this isn’t always possible. If this is the case and you are unhappy please email support@happydaysphoto.co.uk and each scenario will be dealt with on its own merit.
  7. If the school decides to use a new school photography supplier, all subscriptions for this school will be cancelled at the end of the current term.
  8. The £4.00 per month cost is subject to change and all customers will be emailed one month prior to any price changes.
  9. The price PER FAMILY includes siblings, half/step siblings, foster or adopted siblings all living in the same household. This DOES NOT include cousins, best friends, boyfriends, girlfriends or pets.
  10. Happy Days Creative Ltd stores all data on secure password and virus protected servers based at our UK Based Head Office.
